Our Pastors are firmly rooted in sound doctrine, dedicated to the well-being of the flock. They diligently guard, teach, encourage and correct, guiding the church to be led by the Spirit of God and to grow in the image and likeness of Jesus. We strive to lead by example and inspire the flock to grow in the grace of God and in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus. Genuine care for people drives us and we oversee the church with devotion, as unto the Lord.

Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock; and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away. 1 Peter 5:2-4

Rev. Jayachandran founded the Grace Assembly of God Church in the historic city of Thanjavur, answering God's call and wholeheartedly dedicating himself to the Master's Ministry.

Dr. Manorama Rani Jayachandran, a proficient medical doctor and a distinguished spiritual mentor, actively contributes to the church through preaching, teaching, mentoring, and organizational efforts.

Assistant Pastor

Rev. Christopher, mentored by the Founder and Senior Pastor, serves as a catalyst in implementing the vision established by the church and the board of elders.

Our greatest joy is to see people encounter God and discover his plans and purposes for their lives. Our purpose is to bring the lost to Jesus, to equip the church of God to grow in unity and attain to the full maturity of the stature of Christ.

Having therefore these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. 2 Cor 7:1

Inspiring young individuals to delve deeper into the teachings of Jesus, embrace Christian principles, and cultivate grace and wisdom in their journey of faith, leading them towards victorious lives in the Lord.

Empowering women to embody the virtues of God, building nurturing homes, extending compassion to the less fortunate and maturing in wisdom and kindness. Our aim is to adorn them with grace, strength and dignity, enabling them to face the future with confidence and without fear.

Cultivating a reverence for the LORD in children and facilitating their encounter with Jesus through diverse & enjoyable experiences. We aim to establish an authentic & living relationship between children and Jesus that spans a lifetime.

Extending our hands to assist overlooked communities in villages near Thanjavur, offering tangible expressions of God's love. Our mission includes imparting teachings that inspire holy living, creating a testimony of our faith through practical acts of service.

ALL NIGHT PRAYER

An overnight prayer session takes place every second Friday of the month. During this gathering, heartfelt prayers are lifted for nations, churches, children, youth, and the societal challenges of our time. The church's pastors and leaders will be at the forefront, guiding the congregation in these fervent intercessions.

WOMEN'S MEETING

Every Friday at 10:00 AM, join us for our women's Bible Study. Dr. Rani Jayachandran imparts insightful lessons from the Bible, focusing on building strong homes.

Additionally, every Friday at 10:00 AM, women are invited to a special gathering to experience freedom and gain understanding about their inheritance in Christ.

YOUTH MEETING

Every Saturday, our church hosts youth meetings where our vibrant youth and leaders actively engage. These sessions provide valuable biblical guidance and suggestions, empowering them to overcome challenges and nurture the qualities needed to become strong future leaders.

MEN'S MEETING

Mankind was fashioned in the image of God, and we strive to support the men in our church as they lead their families and communities. Join our Men's Fellowship meeting every fourth Friday of the month, where our pastors and leaders provide teachings and mentorship from the Holy Scriptures, guiding men towards transformation into the image of our Master.

CHAIN PRAYER

Our church conducts a 100-hour continuous prayer event every third week of the month. Believers are encouraged to dedicate at least an hour to pray for specific points outlined by church leaders, with a focus on interceding for nations and the church. The prayer chain remains uninterrupted until the conclusion of the 100th hour.
